Report: Backstage News On CJ Perry's AEW Debut At All Out

CJ Perry made her AEW debut at All Out 2023

All Out saw one of the biggest hoss fights in All Elite Wrestling history when Miro and Powerhouse Hobbs engaged in a battle of meat, but the biggest surprise came after the bout, when CJ Perry arrived in AEW to save her husband Miro from a Hobbs beatdown.

The former Lana has not been acknowledged by name by AEW, nor has she had the customary ‘All Elite’ graphic on social media, with a new report from Fightful Select noting that Perry’s deal only came together in the prior week or so before All Out.

The report further states that no ring name has been publicly revealed for Perry, although it seems Perry and Miro will be intertwined on AEW television going forward.

AEW President Tony Khan spoke of Perry’s debut during the post-All Out media scrum, insinuating that Perry’s run will not be a long-term deal, although this could all possibly change.

Many wrestling fans have been waiting years for Perry to become ‘All Elite’ with some hoping that AEW would pull the trigger and reunite ‘Rusev and Lana’ seemingly as soon as Miro made his AEW debut in 2020.
