Report: Backstage News On Scorpio Sky's Return From Injury

Scorpio Sky recently returned from injury

After a year on the sidelines, Scorpio Sky made his AEW return on the July 8 edition of Collision with a victory over Action Andretti, but was ruled out with injury once more after the match took place.

Luckily Sky wasn’t out of action for too long, returning during the Over Budget Charity Battle Royale on the All Out Zero Hour pre-show on September 3, eliminating several talents before his own inevitable elimination.

The former PWG mainstay was on the shelf for less than two months this time round, and a report from Fightful Select suggests that those in AEW are happy that he didn’t miss more time, with his most recent injury said to have been a ‘freak accident’.

Sky has been with All Elite Wrestling since its inception, with the SCU team of Sky and Frankie Kazarian serving as the first ever AEW World Tag Team Champions, with Sky later branching off as a singles star and winning the TNT Championship on two occasions as part of his Men of the Year run with Ethan Page and Dan Lambert.
