Neither The Fiend nor jumper-wearing Bray Wyatt has appeared on WWE programming since the post-WrestleMania 37 edition of Monday Night Raw and the reason for that has seemingly been revealed.
According to PWInsider's Mike Johnson, Wyatt is "purposely" being kept off WWE TV. The two-time Universal Champion reportedly doesn't have heat with anybody backstage and he is said to be well-liked within the company.
There is no word on why exactly WWE is keeping Wyatt off TV.
Wyatt is currently on his second extended absence of 2021. He was murdered on the final pay-per-view of 2020 after Randy Orton set him on fire and The Eater Of Worlds was resurrected by Alexa Bliss at Fast Lane a few months later. The Fiend then feuded with The Viper until WrestleMania 37, but Orton picked up the win at The Showcase Of The Immortals after Bliss turned on Wyatt.
In his only appearance since then, Bray didn't seem too concerned about Bliss's betrayal and he noted The Fiend will be back soon.
