Report: Bray Wyatt's WWE Return 'A Little While Away'

Update on Bray Wyatt's WWE status

Fans seemingly shouldn't expect Bray Wyatt to appear on WWE programming anytime soon.

The two-time Universal Champion has been off TV since February 2023 with an illness, and a planned match at WrestleMania 39 against Bobby Lashley was scrapped because of Wyatt's issue. Bray's absence also reportedly affected plans for Alexa Bliss as she was scheduled to be in a segment with Wyatt and Uncle Howdy at Mania.

In an update, FightFans have claimed that Wyatt's return is a "little while away" and plans for Alexa Bliss to reunite with the Eater of Worlds are on hold until he is back on TV.

FightFans were told: "Bray Wyatt removed from internal runsheets. Told WWE will keep Wyatt off TV until back to 'full health.' Told it's a little while away, at the very least. Plans to reunite Alexa Bliss with Bray Wyatt have been put on hold until they figure out the next step with Bray."

Wyatt made his return to WWE at October 2022's Extreme Rules pay-per-view. He has only had one televised match so far, defeating LA Knight in a Pitch Black Match at the Royal Rumble.
