Report: Bron Breakker Vs. Jey Uso NOT Planned For WWE Bad Blood

Bron Breakker vs. Jey Uso to take place on WWE Raw

Bron Breakker vs. Jey Uso for the Intercontinental Championship won't be taking place on pay-per-view, according to a new report.

Dave Meltzer stated on Wrestling Observer Radio that Breakker vs. Uso won't be happening at Bad Blood, partly due to WWE's policy of only running five-match shows on their B pay-per-views. Three matches have already been announced for Bad Blood in CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre inside Hell in a Cell, Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley for the Women's World Title, and Damian Priest vs. Finn Balor, and Meltzer noted the remaining two matches will be world title bouts.

"By the way, that match is not on the pay-per-view. It's gonna be a TV match. I don't know which week...but not on the pay-per-view. You only have five match pay-per-views and we've got Gunther and Sami, we've got Cody Rhodes which will be announced on Friday whatever they do. And we've got Rhea Ripley & Liv Morgan, and we've got Damian Priest & Finn Balor, and Punk & Drew," Meltzer said.

Jey Uso became the number one contender for the Intercontinental Championship on Raw after he won a four-way against Braun Strowman, Ilja Dragunov, and Pete Dunne in the main event of Monday Night Raw. The match concluded the tournament that has taken place on Raw in recent weeks.

Raw went off the air with a staredown between Breakker and Uso but no date for the match was announced.
