Report: Charlotte Flair Undergoes Successful Surgery, Won't Be Back In Time For WWE SummerSlam 2020

She's also considering "several" TV roles...

Back on June 22, Charlotte Flair was written off WWE TV after being attacked by Nia Jax. The company announced the next day that The Queen had suffered a storyline collarbone injury and would be out of action indefinitely.

Flair has since revealed she stepped away from WWE to undergo surgery to fix an issue with her breast implants.

Alex McCarthy at talkSPORT has now reported that Charlotte underwent successful surgery on July 25 and she is currently recovering from the procedure. WWE reportedly hoped she would be back in time for SummerSlam, but McCarthy noted the 11-time women's champion won't be in action at The Biggest Party Of The Summer.

The Queen's stint outside of WWE could even be longer than initially anticipated as she is currently considering a few TV roles, with at least one being for a scripted show with a major US network. She won't spend too much time away from the company, however, as the former NXT Women's Champion's top priority "is wrestling for the time being."
