Report: Charly Caruso Pulled From WWE Television Due To Backstage Heat

Charly Caruso has reportedly not been utilised on WWE programming recently due to backstage heat on the interviewer. 

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select is reporting that several sources backstage on Raw say Caruso has garnered significant heat after being consistently late for interviews that were meant to be used in the show. 

The report suggests that specific instances with locker room veterans Randy Orton and Sheamus led to WWE taking Caruso off television, with Vince McMahon himself becoming aware of the situation and 'taking exception' to Caruso's lateness. 

Unconfirmed rumours say that Caruso's contact with WWE is coming to an end in the near future but there is no word on if her career will remain with the promotion. One source did report to Fightful Select that she is 'one injury or illness' away from returning to television, although the appointment of Kevin Patrick was meant as a direct replacement for her. 

Caruso has worked across NXT, Raw Talk and a host of WWE pay-per-view pre-shows since joining the company in 2016.
