Report: Chris Jericho & MVP Involved In Hotel Confrontation

WWE star MVP and AEW star Chris Jericho were reportedly recently involved in a confrontation at a hotel, according to the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Dave Meltzer writes that the confrontation happened at a hotel in Houston, Texas on May 18 at about 1 A.M.

Jericho was talking with Matt Hardy when MVP showed up and the two got into it. The pair apparently had a falling out about eighteen months ago, with Jericho previously blocking MVP on Twitter.

Those who witnessed the confrontation at first didn't realise what was happening and thought the two were joking around, before it became apparent that they weren't.

Nothing bad happened, but it was described as being a 'tense situation'. Jericho reportedly told MVP that he didn't fight 'jobbers' as he got into the elevator, which MVP was allegedly screaming about in the lobby afterwards.

Neither man has yet to publicly comment on the situation.
