Report: CM Punk Suffered From Travel Issues Ahead Of AEW All In

CM Punk had a tough start to AEW All In weekend

AEW All In weekend had an inauspicious start for CM Punk as the two-time AEW World Champion suffered from travel issues.

Haus of Wrestling has reported that no one from All Elite Wrestling was at Heathrow Airport to greet CM Punk when he arrived in London on Saturday morning. There was also no car service to transport Punk to the hotel and when he texted the number he was supplied with by AEW for the driver, it bounced back as an invalid number.

CM Punk was then left waiting at Heathrow for a while, at which point Punk decided to make his own way to his hotel on the London Underground. The Tube, as always, was very busy and Punk ended up getting lost before he was helped by fans, who got him on the right track. It appears Punk did indeed take the Tube as fans have posted photos with The Second City Saint on the London Underground.

Punk ended up arriving in London after the rest of the locker room as he had taping commitments in Atlanta on Wednesday and wanted to spend Thursday with his wife and dog before travelling to London on Friday night.

Things only went from bad to worse for CM Punk as he ended up having a backstage altercation with Jack Perry at All In, with both talents having since been suspended by AEW pending an investigation.
