Report: Cody Rhodes Allowed To Do Outside Projects As Part Of WWE Deal

Cody Rhodes could appear on TBS following his WWE signing

During his time with All Elite Wrestling, Cody Rhodes was involved in outside projects, including being a judge on TBS' Go-Big Show.

While WWE talent are usually restricted from having deals outside of the company, The American Nightmare won't have the same restrictions, according to Dave Meltzer.

"He got the deal that he wanted. He got this complex deal that allows him to do outside things that a lot of people don't have the ability to do. That was part of it. I don't know all of the things that he's got but I know that he's got that. He can do the TV shows, he can do the Go-Big Show if he wants to and they want him...He can do whatever," Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio.

Cody returned to WWE at WrestleMania 38, being revealed as Mr McMahon's hand-picked opponent for Seth Rollins.

The American Nightmare discussed his new WWE deal following WrestleMania, revealing he signed a full-time, multi-year contract that was "maybe the most complex document or contract ever drawn up in the history of our game."
