Report: Jamie Hayter Not Expected To Return From Injury In 2023

Jamie Hayter may not be back until 2024

As recently as this week, fans were met with an unsavoury update on the injury status on Jamie Hayter. It emerged in reports that the former AEW Women’s World Champion would be unable to return in time for the upcoming All In show in Wembley Stadium, emanating from her home country of England, unless a “miracle” took place. This was certainly a shame for many as it was expected that she would be a part of a big title match at the show.

A further update has come out regarding Hayter’s injury, and it doesn’t spell good news for her return. Fightful Select provided the bad news.

“Wrestling Observer today reported that Hayter would not return in time for All In, which Fightful has confirmed, barring a miraculous recovery. There were tentative ideas and hopes that Hayter could make it back and be in a featured role on the event, however, things seem worse with her injury than anticipated. We’re told that not only is Hayter missing All In, that her returning this year is “unexpected,” and that right now, there’s no timetable on a potential return.”

We wish Jamie Hayter a healthy recovery.
