Report: John Morrison Set For Solo Babyface Run On WWE Raw

A babyface run for JoMo

John Morrison is a babyface for the first time in WWE in 10 years.

Johnny Drip Drip has been a heel since he returned to the company in late 2019, spending his time on TV alongside The Miz. The A-Lister turned on his tag team partner on the August 23 edition of Monday Night Raw, though, decking him with a Skull Crushing Finale after Morrison cost Miz the win in a match against Xavier Woods.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Miz's turn on Morrison wasn't planned to be a "one-and-done" situation where they reunite next week like nothing ever happened. Instead, Morrison is set for a solo babyface run on WWE Raw.

Morrison looks set to feud with Miz in the coming weeks and the two former friends are scheduled to go one on one on the August 30 edition of Raw. The pair previously feuded on and off in WWE from 2009 until Morrison's first departure from the company in 2011.
