Report: Karrion Kross "Done" With WWE NXT Following TakeOver 36

Kross is full-time on Raw going forward

Karrion Kross is "100% done" with NXT following TakeOver 36, according to a new report.

Kross held the NXT Championship for 136 days until TakeOver on Sunday, but he dropped the title to Samoa Joe at the event.

The Herald Of Doomsday was then absent from NXT's TV tapings on Monday and Mike Johnson of PWInsider noted Kross has officially finished up with the brand and he will only be on Monday Night Raw going forward.

Kross made his latest appearance on the red brand on August 23 in a match against Ricochet. The former NXT Champion's new look was the main topic of conversation, though, as he headed to the ring in a mask and wore red straps across his torso throughout the 90-second match.

The new attire was ultimately widely panned and quickly drew comparisons with RETRIBUTION and Mad Max 2's Lord Humungus.

It was then noted by Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Pro Wrestling Podcast that the new ring gear is WWE's attempt to make Kross more marketable.
