Report: Kazuchika Okada Expected To Appear For Partnered Company

Forbidden Door? Never heard of 'em

With the "Forbidden Door" seemingly propped open for the long haul, it looks like a certain "Rainmaker" will eventually make his way through.

On Saturday night's edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer mentioned that five-time IWGP Heavyweight champion Kazuchika Okada is expected to appear in one of the current "partnership" companies, be it AEW or Impact, at a later date.

"Everyone's in business now. It's all open, and Okada's coming at some point - somewhere, I don't know where, but I know he's coming," Meltzer said.

He added, "Other people are coming. We may get Omega with Okada or we may get Omega with Ibushi. I don't know *that* we're getting it, just that it makes sense that we would be getting it. The doors are open. That's a good thing."

The news comes on the heels of Impact announcing Juice Robinson and David Finlay on this Tuesday's episode of Impact Wrestling.

Meltzer also noted that KENTA's match on AEW Dynamite (teaming with Kenny Omega to face Jon Moxley and Lance Archer) has been uploaded to New Japan World.
