Kevin Owens Claims To Still Have Electrical Burn From WWE Royal Rumble

But has mostly recovered otherwise

Kevin Owens took quite a beating in the Last Man Standing match at the 2021 Royal Rumble, whilst vying for Roman Reigns' WWE Universal title. At different junctures, he was hit by a golf cart, was thrown off the entrance stage, and leapt from a raised forklift through a table.

Speaking with Ryan Satin of FOX Sports, Owens admitted that while he is mostly recovered two weeks later, an electrical burn sustained near the entrance way has not yet subsided.

Owens said, "Yeah, I feel great. I don’t know. This stuff, I feel it for a few days and then guess my body – obviously, my body recovers – but, I think my body’s just so used to that kind of punishment throughout the years that, honestly, the worst thing from all of it was people noticed that I got burned.

"You can see it’s like my arm was on a grill. So, yeah, that sucked. That really sucked a lot. So, that wasn’t great. None of it was great. But, that’s the one thing I’m still feeling."
