Report: Latest On Cody Rhodes

When will Cody Rhodes be coming back to WWE?

WWE are preparing for Cody Rhodes' return to the squared circle, according to Fightful Select

The American Nightmare has been out of action since the Raw after June's Hell in a Cell pay-per-view due to a torn pectoral muscle, with Cody actually facing Seth Rollins inside the steel structure despite the injury.

The torn pec put him on the shelf for the rest of 2022 and in the latest update, Fightful noted that WWE fully expect Rhodes to be back in action in time for WrestleMania. Many have speculated Cody will return at the Royal Rumble on January 28 and win the Men's Rumble ahead of challenging for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania 39.

Rhodes was seemingly in Los Angeles on December 7, according to Fightful Select, with Rhodes or somebody dressed exactly like him locking up with The Miz on a Los Angeles bridge for a commercial as part of the promotion for WrestleMania 39 or WWE 2K23. Maryse was also scheduled to be there, while Triple H and Bad Buddy were in LA too, with Paul Levesque posting a photo of him with the rapper.
