Report: Major Update On WWE's Plans For The Judgment Day

Big WWE plans are on the way for Judgment Day

The Judgment Day will lose a member at some point in the future.

There have been tensions within the faction throughout the summer ever since Damian Priest captured the men's Money in the Bank briefcase at the namesake pay-per-view. Priest has since gotten involved in both of Finn Balor's World Heavyweight Championship matches, costing Balor the title at Money in the Bank. Priest's interference at SummerSlam didn't help Balor win the belt then either.

Tensions within the faction have also been present on Monday Night Raw and the storyline will ultimately lead to a member exiting the faction, with Dave Meltzer reporting in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the long-term plan is for Damian Priest to be out of Judgment Day. If Priest will leave the faction or be forced out is unknown.

There have been teases in recent weeks of JD McDonagh joining Judgment Day and Meltzer considered that the probable direction for the group, although it is not 100 percent. McDonagh looked set to be added to Judgment Day earlier this year but the plan was halted by Vince McMahon, only to be restarted after McMahon underwent spinal surgery in July and went on medical leave.

Consisting of Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, and Dominik Mysterio, Judgment Day has established itself as the top heel faction on Monday Night Raw over the past year.
