Report: More On Gabe Sapolsky's New WWE Role

Gabe Sapolsky has further responsibilities with his new WWE role

Last month it was reported that Gabe Sapolsky had returned to WWE in an unknown role. It was subsequently reported that he was working as a creative team consultant for the main roster.

Sapolsky was considered a 'Triple H guy' and is one of several members of backstage personnel that Paul Levesque brought back to the company, such as Brian 'Road Dogg' James and NXT producer Ryan Katz, when he took over the company's creative direction.

Sapolsky worked for WWE between January of 2018 and January of 2022, when he was released. He started out as a consultant, before becoming more active in producing after WWE purchased EVOLVE (the company he founded) in 2020.

According to a new report from PWInsider, Sapolsky is also doing some talent scout work for WWE. It noted that he was spotted at AAW's Jim Lynam Memorial Tournament in Chicago on October 14.

The most recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter stated that Sapolsky is also in charge of extras for Raw and SmackDown TV tapings.
