Multiple NXT superstars are reportedly set to be called up to the WWE main roster in the near future.

Fightful Select is reporting that there are plans in place for a number of names from both NXT and NXT UK to be moved to either Monday Night Raw or Friday Night Smackdown in the near future.

There is no word on who specifically will be called up to either the blue brand or red show, nor how many NXT talent will indeed make the move, but the superstars have been speculating amongst themselves regarding who could get the call.

The report goes on to suggest that many of the coming call ups have been 'in the works' for a number of weeks, suggesting a drastic shake-up of talent across all three WWE brands.

Rik Boogz made the move to SmackDown this past week, pairing with Shinsuke Nakamura in his feud with Baron Corbin. On the Raw side, the most recent big-name call-ups from NXT have been Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest. Ripley won the Raw Women's Championship at WrestleMania 37, while Priest and Bad Bunny defeated The Miz and John Morrison.
