Report: MVP Backstage At WWE NXT

MVP was reportedly spotted backstage at this past week's episode of WWE NXT.

MVP has made his home on Raw since returning to WWE television last year, aligning with Bobby Lashley and forming The Hurt Business alongside the current WWE Champion.

The 47-year-old has been one of WWE's most consistent performers on the mic since his return and, according to Fightful Select, he was spotted backstage at the WWE Capitol Wrestling Center for last week's NXT show.

There was no word on any particular reason for MVP being in attendance but it has been noted that talent from the main roster do sometimes visit NXT and catch up with other performers. Damian Priest has been noted as a regular visitor back to NXT since his call-up to Raw at the start of the year.

A number of NXT talent have also been backstage at Raw and SmackDown in recent weeks. NXT Champion Karrion Kross and North American Champion Bronson Reed have both participated in dark matches and made their debut on WWE Main Event last week, while Scarlett and Shotzi Blackheart also reportedly worked a dark match last Friday.
