Report: Nick Aldis Works WWE Raw As A Producer

Nick Aldis has linked up with WWE.

PWInsider Elite reported ahead of Monday Night Raw that Nick Aldis was backstage at the TV taping in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Aldis has been brought in by WWE for a potential producer role and he will be at a number of upcoming TV tapings. This comes after WWE had expressed interest in Aldis for a backstage role, as opposed to using him as an in-ring talent. 

Aldis announced in recent days that he was pulling out of several independent wrestling dates due to back issues. The National Treasure had spent the past several years as the top star of the National Wrestling Alliance, holding the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship for over 1,300 days across two reigns between 2017 and his exit from the promotion in December 2022. 

Aldis had a short run in IMPACT Wrestling earlier this year, losing to Alex Shelley in the main event of Slammiversary.
