Pat McAfee won't be going anywhere.

According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, nothing will be changing in regards to Pat McAfee's schedule for WWE Raw when the new college football season begins and he will still be able to travel in for Monday Night Raw and do commentary alongside his commitments to ESPN College GameDay.

"I've been told as of now nothing is changing. His obligations will be likely prepping on Friday and doing the stuff on Saturday, but then Monday he is still able to travel in and do the show," Sean Ross Sapp said on a Fightful Select Q&A.

Pat McAfee has served as an analyst on ESPN College GameDay since 2022, while his Pat McAfee Show also airs on the station. McAfee stepped away from his then-SmackDown commentary position upon taking on the ESPN role.

McAfee made sporadic WWE appearances before returning as a full-time commentator at the beginning of 2024. He has served as the colour commentator on Monday Night Raw alongside Michael Cole on play-by-play for the past several months.

Rumours had suggested that Pat McAfee was expected to take time away from WWE commentary when the 2024 college football season begins but that seemingly won't be the case.
