Report: Rebel Still Under Contract With AEW

An update on Rebel's status with All Elite Wrestling has emerged.

Fightful Select has reported that Rebel is still under contract with AEW. She hasn't been at any recent shows but she is continuing to work on her podcast that appears on AdFreeShows.com. 

Rebel has been a part of AEW since 2019, initially joining the promotion to work backstage on hair and make-up. She started appearing on-screen from April 2020 as the assistant to Britt Baker, with Baker often mistakenly calling her Reba. 

Rebel ultimately established herself as the manager of Britt Baker and then Jamie Hayter while they were heels but the former OVW Women's Champion ended up being pulled from TV earlier this year after Baker and Hayter turned babyface as part of their feud with The Outcasts. According to reports, the feeling was that Rebel did not currently fit with the duo. 

Rebel also sporadically wrestled for AEW as part of her alliance with Hayter and Baker, working 14 matches between July 2020 and August 2022.
