Report: RETRIBUTION Will Be Exclusive To WWE Raw Going Forward
Limiting their chaos...
Sep 1, 2020
Ever since they debuted on WWE TV on August 3, RETRIBUTION has caused chaos on Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown. They have cost the company thousands of dollars in property damage and the faction hasn't been afraid to attack members of the WWE roster.
Despite all of their destruction, RETRIBUTION went missing ahead of SummerSlam and they failed to appear on any WWE programming after August 21.
The group ultimately returned last night and interfered during The Street Profits vs. Andrade & Angel Garza. They attacked all of the participants except for Garza and Demi Burnett who fled backstage. RETRIBUTION were intent on hurting the former NXT Cruiserweight Champion and Burnett, however, as they chased them through the backstage area.
Causing chaos twice a week was seemingly too much work for the faction as John Pollock at POST Wrestling reported RETRIBUTION is expected to only feature on Monday Night Raw going forward. Why WWE decided not to use the faction on SmackDown any longer is currently unknown.
