Report: Roman Reigns Not Scheduled To Face Jimmy Uso At WWE Hell In A Cell

Who will The Big Dog face?

More has been revealed about Roman Reigns' opponent at Hell In A Cell.

The tension within the Anoa'i family has been ratcheting up since Jimmy Uso returned to Friday Night SmackDown and the former tag team champion has been opposed to Roman Reigns' machinations at every turn, leaving Jey Uso stuck awkwardly in the middle.

Despite the animosity, though, Jimmy won't square off with The Big Dog for the Universal Title at Hell In A Cell, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter's Dave Meltzer. There is no word on if the match is being saved for a later date.

Who Reigns will face on June 20 ultimately remains to be seen, but there is no clear challenger outside of Uso. Cesaro and Seth Rollins have been in and around the Universal Title picture in recent weeks, but they look set to face each other again as opposed to The Tribal Chief. Kevin Owens also said a few weeks ago that he wants to rekindle his feud with Reigns, but the former Universal Champion has found himself in pursuit of the Intercontinental Title instead.
