Roman Reigns is reportedly set to wrestle on an episode of WWE Monday Night Raw for the first time in years.
Dr Chris Featherstone of Sportskeeda has reported that Reigns is currently planned to wrestle during WWE Raw's premiere on Netflix on January 6, 2025. The show is set to air from the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, California.
"Roman Reigns is currently scheduled to compete at the #WWERaw debut episode on Netflix, I have been informed," Featherstone wrote on X (FKA Twitter).
Reigns hasn't wrestled on an episode of Monday Night Raw since July 25, 2022 when he teamed with The Usos to defeat Matt Riddle and The Street Profits. Reigns has seldom wrestled since becoming a part-time WWE talent following 2022's WrestleMania 38 and he has only had six matches in total in 2024, with all of them taking place at WWE premium live events/pay-per-views.
WWE have major plans for the Raw premiere on Netflix, with WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H noting the company was treating it "like a WrestleMania." The Rock is reportedly planned to make an appearance on the show from Los Angeles, while CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins is currently scheduled to take place on Raw's premiere on Netflix.
Roman Reigns will also spend most of his time on WWE Raw during the build to WrestleMania 41.
