Report: Shane McMahon To Be A Regular On WWE Raw

The Best in the World is back for good!

Shane McMahon is set to be a regular on the WWE Raw brand, according to PWInsider

Shane made his return at the recent Royal Rumble, in the men's Rumble match itself. He appeared at number 28 and eliminated Kevin Owens, before being thrown out by eventual winner Brock Lesnar.

Prior to this appearance, Shane last appeared at WrestleMania 37, losing to Braun Strowman in a steel cage match.

This story comes in the wake of several reports of Shane having heat backstage in the aftermath of the Rumble. He's said to be set for a heel role going forwards on Raw, although there's no word yet on whether he'll continue his previous role as an onscreen authority figure. Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville currently occupy the position.

Shane is also set to appear at both upcoming WWE pay per views: Elimination Chamber in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on February 19, and WrestleMania 38 in Dallas, Texas on April 2 and 3. No matches have yet been announced involving him.
