Report: Shawn Michaels Produces WWE Raw Match
Shawn Michaels acted as a producer for Raw's NXT Title match
According to a report from Fightful Select, NXT producers were in charge of putting together Monday night's NXT Title match, which saw Bron Breakker regain the gold from Dolph Ziggler.
Per the report, WWE Hall of Famer and Vice President of Talent Development Shawn Michaels and WWE Performance Center Head Coach Matt Bloom produced the bout.
It is rare for NXT producers to produce matches for Raw and SmackDown, but it was noted that both Michaels and Bloom were already in Dallas for WrestleMania weekend for NXT Stand and Deliver.
They have not been producing recent main roster matches featuring NXT stars.
The Heartbreak Kid has gotten more and more involved in the NXT creative process in recent times and he is regarded as one of the key figures in WWE's developmental strategy.
It was reported in January that WWE officials were very high on his work with the third brand after the shock firings of perceived 'Triple H guys' like William Regal and Brian James.
