Report: Sheamus Suffers Broken Nose On WWE Raw
The injury happened against Humberto Carrillo
Sheamus reportedly suffered a broken nose during WWE Monday Night Raw.
The United States champion undertook double-duty on the 31 May edition of the red brand, facing both Ricochet and Humberto Carrillo in singles action.
It was against Carrillo that the Celtic Warrior sustained a nasty looking injury to the face, which came courtesy of a hard forearm shot by the young luchador during a seemingly innocuous exchange in the middle of the ring.
Many speculated on social media that Sheamus may have sustained some form of break, and PWInsider are reporting that sources they've spoken to have confirmed that the United States champion has, 100 per cent, broken his nose.
The report goes on to suggest that the injury shouldn't keep Sheamus out of action, saying that he would only be set for a spell on the sidelines if the company requires him to sit out.
Sheamus would share a photo of the injury on his own social media, displaying a visibly damaged nose and blood smeared on his chest.
