Report: Taya Valkyrie Finishes Up With IMPACT Wrestling
Where will she go next?
Jan 20, 2021
The saga of who shot John E. Bravo came to an end on last night's episode of IMPACT Wrestling.
Taya Valkyrie was confronted by Bravo, Tommy Dreamer and Acey Romero and she admitted to setting up Larry D to shoot the former referee because she didn't want Rosemary to marry him. The former Knockouts Champion was then taken into custody but embraced Rosemary one final time before leaving the IMPACT Zone. When asked where she would end up, Dreamer remarked she could go to Jacksonville prison or Stamford maximum penitentiary.
According to PWInsider's Mike Johnson, Valkyrie finished up with IMPACT on last night's show. Her contract reportedly expired in December and she stayed to end her stint at Hard To Kill.
The Queen Of The North's two-year deal with IMPACT was rolled over for another year in December 2019.
During her run in the promotion, Valkyrie was one of the biggest names in the knockouts division and leaves the company as the longest-reigning Knockouts Champion in IMPACT history. She was also the second woman to challenge for the IMPACT World Title when she faced Tessa Blanchard on March 3, 2020.
