Report: The Gunns Re-Sign With AEW

The sons of a Gunn are sticking around in AEW

Two of All Elite Wrestling's champions have re-signed with the promotion.

According to Fightful Select, Austin and Colten Gunn recently signed new deals with All Elite Wrestling that will keep them with the company for multiple years, although the exact terms of the contracts are unknown.

Austin previously signed with All Elite Wrestling in January 2020 after a tryout match with father Billy Gunn against Shawn Spears and Preston Vance. Colten Gunn began to team with Austin in November 2020 but it is unknown when he signed an initial deal with AEW.

The Gunns have been on the receiving end of a push over the past several months since splitting from Billy and they haven't lost in tag team action since August 2022 when The Acclaimed defeated Austin and Colten in a Dumpster Match. Since then, The Gunns have defeated FTR and they captured the AEW World Tag Team Championships on February 8, defeating The Acclaimed.

How long The Gunns will remain champions remains to be seen, although many expect them to drop the belts back to The Acclaimed at the Revolution pay-per-view.
