Report: The Young Bucks And The Blade "Banged Up" After AEW Falls Count Anywhere Match

They fortunately have a two week break in between tapings...

The Young Bucks and The Butcher & The Blade continued their rivalry on Dynamite this week as they went head to head in a Falls Count Anywhere match. Both teams left everything out in the arena as they started the bout in the kitchen and battled across Daily's Place until Nick and Matt Jackson picked up the win after 15 minutes.

Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that The Young Bucks and The Blade were all "banged up" after the match, but they should be fine by next week's edition of Dynamite. The July 22 episode was taped back on July 16.

The Blade picked up a knock when he went for a Suicide Dive on the outside but accidentally missed the table, while The Bucks Of Youth hurt themselves during the finish of the match. To end the bout, they both climbed onto the AEW tunnels. They then counted down from three and Matt hit an Elbow Drop on The Butcher through a table, while Nick put The Blade through a table with a Senton Bomb. Nick was reportedly banged up from hitting the move, but Matt injured his knee after he crashed into the table leg.
