Report: Toni Storm To Work As A Babyface On WWE SmackDown

Storm is set to debut on the blue brand this week

Toni Storm will reportedly work as a babyface when she makes her debut on Friday Night SmackDown this week.

Storm is set to make her main roster debut on the blue brand on Friday, having been advertised for SmackDown for a number of weeks amid a number of call-ups from NXT by Vince McMahon.

The 25-year-old has been working as a heel during her time on the black-and-gold brand in the US, but PWInsider is reporting that WWE intend to switch Storm back to being a good guy when she appears on SmackDown this week.

Storm has competed in a number of dark matches at WWE tapings in recent weeks, alongside the likes of NXT Champion Karrion Kross, Bronson Reed and Scarlett.

Storm debuted in NXT in October 2020 at NXT TakeOver 31 but turned heel in November, attacking Ember Moon. The former NXT UK Women's Champion and 2018 Mae Young Classic winner competed against Io Shirai for the NXT Women's Title on a number of occasions, failing to win the belt.
