Report: Triple H Absent From WWE Raw

Triple H was not in Baltimore for WWE Raw this week

WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H was not backstage for the July 3 edition of Monday Night Raw from Baltimore, Maryland according to a report from Fightful Select

There was nothing untoward about Triple H's absence from the taping, however, and it was said to simply be a planned night off for the 53-year-old. The WWE Hall of Famer is expected to return to the road on Friday, July 7 for that night's episode of SmackDown at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

In Triple H's absence, Bruce Prichard ran the Raw taping. Vince McMahon did not travel to London, England for Money in the Bank, nor was he backstage at Monday Night Raw this week.

Several people backstage at Raw didn't expect Triple H to be absent and talent weren't told why the Chief Content Officer wasn't at the show. Triple H was present backstage at Money in the Bank, appearing during the post-show press conference, and he was said to be in a great mood on July 1 and was excited for the event's success.
