Report: Triple H Meets With Several Free Agents Over Money in the Bank Weekend

Triple H holds meetings with several free agents

Could several free agents be set to join WWE?

According to Better Wrestling Experience, WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H met with several free agents over Money in the Bank weekend and he is trying to sign a few names to WWE. The talks are said to have gone well and WWE are trying to avoid missing out on talent again. Who exactly Triple H held talks with is unknown, however.

Several independent wrestling talents from the United Kingdom appeared as security in the main event segment of Friday Night SmackDown at The O2, including Man Like Dereiss and Leon Slater.

If WWE have the ability to make mass signings is unknown. It was noted back in April that an effective hiring freeze was in place within the company due to the sale of WWE. The organisation have been interested in Jay White, Nick Aldis, Hikuleo, Tama Tonga, EJ Nduka, and Trinity this year but they didn't sign any of those talents.

Carlito is said to be returning to WWE later this week, though, so the hiring freeze might now be over.
