Report: Update On Drew McIntyre Appearing At WWE Money In The Bank

An Update On If Drew McIntyre Will Make His Return At WWE Money In The Bank

The last time WWE held a major show in the UK, Drew McIntyre fought Roman Reigns in the main event for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

10 months on from Clash at the Castle and McIntyre is nowhere to be found on WWE programming. The former WWE Champion hasn’t wrestled a match since WrestleMania 39 amidst rumours that he and the company have yet to come to terms on a new contract. The 38-year-old’s current deal reportedly expires in early 2024.

A new report has emerged on whether or not McIntyre will be part of Money in the Bank and it seems like things are still up in the air.

PWInsider Elite have responded to those asking for updates on if McIntyre will appear at Money in the Bank by saying "We are told it will come down to a creative choice. We haven't heard he's been seen in London where WWE is staying, but if he was hiding, it would make sense he'd be in Scotland where his family lives."

If McIntyre does appear on the show tonight, chances are he’ll get quite the reception from the British crowd.
