The Closing Match Of WWE Money In The Bank 2023 Has Seemingly Been Revealed
WWE’s Money in the Bank 2023 is looking like it’s going to be a stacked night of wrestling.
Not only will there be the two titular ladder matches, but Seth Rollins will defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Finn Balor, Matt Riddle will challenge for GUNTHER's Intercontinental Championship, and Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa will battle The Usos in Bloodline Civil War.
Whilst all of these matches sound good on paper, only one can main event the show, and we now know which one that will be.
According to WRKD Wrestling on Twitter, Cody Rhodes vs. Dominik Mysterio will close out Money in the Bank. This will be the first time ever that Dom Dom has main evented a premium live event in a singles match.
This may seem like an odd choice, considering that there’s nothing actually at stake in this match. However, with reports that Brock Lesnar could be returning at Money in the Bank to set up a SummerSlam match with Rhodes, perhaps WWE are planning something major to round out the night.
