Report: Major Return Expected To Take Place At WWE Money In The Bank

A major return is expected to happen at WWE Money in the Bank.

WWE will hold their second pay-per-view in the United Kingdom in two years this weekend with Money in the Bank set to emanate from The O2 in London, England on Saturday, July 1. One headline match for the show will see Cody Rhodes go one-on-one with Dominik Mysterio but The American Nightmare might not end the night standing tall. 

According to WRKD Wrestling, Brock Lesnar is expected to appear at Money in the Bank and set up a third match with Cody Rhodes for SummerSlam. 

"Brock Lesnar is expected to appear at Money In The Bank to set up a third, gimmick match with Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam," they tweeted.

The third encounter between Lesnar and Rhodes is reportedly scheduled to feature a rarely-used stipulation, with a Texas Bullrope match having been pitched for SummerSlam. The current series between Lesnar and Rhodes is currently tied at one win apiece and Brock hasn't appeared on TV since he defeated Rhodes at Night of Champions in late May.
