Report: Update On Saraya's AEW In-Ring Future

Could Saraya wrestle in AEW?

Following her debut at AEW Dynamite Grand Slam, Saraya spoke for the first time in All Elite Wrestling on September 28, cutting a promo about the women's division before she was interrupted by Britt Baker, Jamie Hayter, and Penelope Ford. After a back and forth, Saraya took a shot at Vince McMahon, saying it was nice to have a boss that listens to her, before she revealed the Interim AEW Women's World Title match between Toni Storm and Serena Deeb would be a Lumberjack Match.

Saraya did not address her in-ring status on Dynamite but Fightful Select reported that the amount of money the two-time Divas Champion is making in AEW "largely implies that she'll be wrestling in some capacity." Reports last week noted that Saraya had yet to be medically cleared for an in-ring return, though.

Fightful stated that Saraya signed a three-year deal with AEW. It is unknown if her deal has any option years. AEW reportedly contacted The Anti-Diva shortly after her exit from WWE and a number of talents went to bat for her, which was not needed as AEW were interested as soon as she became available.

The AEW roster are excited about Saraya's signing too.
