Report: Update On When Brock Lesnar Will Return To WWE Following SummerSlam

When will Brock Lesnar will return to WWE following SummerSlam?

Cody Rhodes and Brock Lesnar put a definitive end to their rivalry at WWE SummerSlam 2023, with Lesnar raising Rhodes’ hand after Cody got the win at the 'Biggest Party of the Summer'.

Lesnar also removed his gloves after suffering defeat to the ‘American Nightmare’, and whilst this would suggest that Lesnar will be gone from WWE for some time, that doesn’t appear to be the case, with Bryan Alvarez and Dave Meltzer discussing when Lesnar is expected to be back during an episode of Wrestling Observer Radio:

"Apparently, Brock's not done. For those of you that thought that perhaps taking off his gloves was the sign of something,” said Alvarez.

Dave Meltzer continued; “Oh No. He’s advertised for Fastlane. So I don't know if that's when he returns. He's not gonna be gone for a little while, is what I was told, but not a long while. Whatever that means.”

Brock has wrestled six times so far in 2023, with an appearance in the Royal Rumble, and bouts against Bobby Lashley at Elimination Chamber and with Omos at WrestleMania 39 complimenting his trilogy with Rhodes.
