Ring Of Honor held their second pay-per-view of the Tony Khan era on Saturday, July 23 and the show looks set to be remembered as one of the most successful pay-per-views in promotion history.

Tony Khan revealed this week that Death Before Dishonor had passed 27,000 digital pay-per-view buys and an updated estimate from Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter has revealed the show drew 36,100 overall buys. Along with the digital buys, 9,100 households bought the event on traditional TV pay-per-view.

The show had almost double the buys of April's Supercard Of Honor show which had 19,200 altogether.

The Ring Of Honor pay-per-view received a push on AEW TV in the weeks leading up to the show and fans could watch the event digitally on Bleacher Report in the United States and on FITE internationally.

Death Before Dishonor featured several major matches, including an ROH World Title match between Jonathan Gresham and Claudio Castagnoli, and an ROH Pure Title bout between Wheeler Yuta and Daniel Garcia. In the main event, FTR put the ROH World Tag Team Championships on the line in a Two-out-of-Three Falls Match against The Briscoes.
