Report: Vince McMahon Sees Peyton Royce And Bianca Belair As Singles Stars In WWE, Loves Bayley's Role Model Gimmick
It could be bad news for Billie Kay...
Earlier this week, reports noted that Monday Night Raw's TV tapings were chaotic due to a lack of leadership and indecisiveness. Only two segments on the shows had been planned in advance and the episodes went through multiple rewrites which resulted in filming going on until after midnight.
Ahead of the tapings on August 3, Vince McMahon had a four-hour meeting with his creative team on July 31, but Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the Chairman of WWE was a little distracted and went off on a tangent about how much he loves Bayley's role model persona. McMahon also told the writing team that he sees Peyton Royce and Bianca Belair as singles stars.
While The EST Of WWE has largely competed in singles matches during her WWE run, Vince's vision of Royce as a singles star could spell bad news for Billie Kay as a push for Peyton could relegate her best friend to a background role on Monday Night Raw.
