Shayna Baszler hasn't appeared on WWE TV since she defeated Natalya on the May 18 episode of Monday Night Raw. The Queen Of Spades was seemingly set for big things on the main roster as she was originally booked to feud with Becky Lynch over the Raw Women's Championship until at least SummerSlam. Those plans were nixed, however, after The Man announced she was pregnant. Baszler was pulled from TV only weeks later.
Previous reports have noted the former NXT Women's Champion hasn't been on the red brand for six weeks because Vince McMahon has lost interest in her, similar to other Superstars like Ricochet and Cedric Alexander.
The reason Vince McMahon lost interest in Baszler was revealed earlier today as Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the Chairman of WWE wasn't sold on The Queen Of Spades using more of an MMA fighter style inside the squared circle and preferred to push other female Superstars instead. There were also facets of Baszler's character which reportedly didn't "check" Vince's "buttons" on what a woman in wrestling should be.
