Report: WWE Elimination Chamber To Feature "Twists And Turns"

What is going to happen?

A few surprises may well take place at Saturday's Elimination Chamber pay-per-view in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the February 19 show will feature "twists and turns." There is no word on what those turns will be but Meltzer speculated it could affect the WrestleMania 38 match between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar, with it being noted there have been pushes within WWE to make it title vs. title.

"I was told twists and turns are coming on this show. I don't know what those would be. I know that there's a push to do title vs. title which would mean Brock wins the chamber and Roman beats Goldberg. I think most people are expecting that... I don't see someone scoring a fall on Brock Lesnar. It makes no sense at all to do that building up 'Mania because the whole idea of 'Mania has been to maximise Reigns and maximise Lesnar and make them the two biggest stars," Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio.

It was previously reported that Vince McMahon was leaning towards making the WrestleMania 38 main event a title vs. title encounter.

Reigns is set to defend the Universal Title against Goldberg at Elimination Chamber. Brock Lesnar, meanwhile, will challenge for the WWE Title in an Elimination Chamber Match also featuring champion Bobby Lashley, Seth Rollins, AJ Styles, Austin Theory and Riddle.

Other matches set to take place in Saudi Arabia include Becky Lynch vs. Lita and a second Elimination Chamber Match for a shot at the Raw Women's Title.
