Last week, WWE had a mammoth three days of TV tapings as they filmed all programming until NXT TakeOver: In Your House. The tapings also marked the first time the company has used wrestlers in the crowd as NXT Superstars were in the audience for Monday Night Raw, Friday Night SmackDown, and NXT. The wrestlers experienced 12 hour days in which they had their temperature taken before being bussed to the Performance Center. They could then only sit down for limited intervals in between matches.

Raj Giri at WrestlingInc. has also revealed the NXT Superstars were treated like children during the tapings.

The company decided to tape episodes of 205 Live and Main Event before the June 1 edition of Raw, but the crowd was reportedly "somewhat sluggish." WWE was less than impressed by this and a backstage official got on the PA system and ordered the Superstars to be more enthusiastic for WWE's flagship show. One source told Giri the instruction was akin to a "parent talking down to a child."
