Report: WWE Planning Big Push For DIY Following Tommaso Ciampa's Return

Big plans for a new DIY in WWE

Triple H could be set to make a popular booking decision.

According to Better Wrestling Experience (AKA BoozerRasslin), Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa are slated to receive a major push following the upcoming Night of Champions pay-per-view and in the build to Money in the Bank after they reform #DIY. It is unknown when exactly Ciampa will return but the Raw after Night of Champions on May 29 is considered a logical date.

The report comes after The Way reunited on last week's edition of Monday Night Raw and Gargano told the group someone would be coming back soon and it would be great for the stable. Gargano did not directly state who it was but Candice LeRae disagreed with her husband, suggesting it was Tommaso Ciampa he was talking about.

Current members of The Way include Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae, Dexter Lumis, and Indi Hartwell. Reports have noted that WWE have big plans in store for all of the faction's members.

Tommaso Ciampa has been full-time on the main roster since after WrestleMania 39. He has been out of action since September 2022 with a hip injury, undergoing hip labrum surgery one month later.
