Report: WWE Queen Of The Ring Tournament Set For October

A few months away

When WWE is planning to hold the upcoming Queen Of The Ring tournament has been revealed.

It emerged last week that WWE was planning to hold the tournament before the end of the year. All of the participants will reportedly be main roster Superstars and matches will air on Peacock in the United States. How the bouts will be broadcast internationally has yet to be revealed, but the WWE Network remains available overseas.

Now, Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Pro Wrestling Podcast has reported Queen Of The Ring is scheduled to begin on the October 8 episode of Friday Night SmackDown and the October 11 edition of Monday Night Raw.

Zarian tweeted: "Hearing that the Queen of the Ring tournament is currently scheduled to start on 10/8 Smackdown & 10/11 Raw."

Queen Of The Ring will be WWE's first all-women's singles tournament since the 2018 Mae Young Classic. Toni Storm was the winner of the tournament and having recently been called up to SmackDown, she may get the chance to become the first-ever Queen Of The Ring.
