Report: WWE Raw Script Once Again "Up In The Air" Before Show Time

More changes to the script

The script for Monday Night Raw was once again "up in the air" ahead of the show going on the air at 8 pm ET, according to a new report.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider noted "a lot of changes" were made to Monday's Raw script throughout the day. None of the advertised matches were changed but the match order and flow of the show were moved around "quite a bit" in the hours before the episode.

With all of the changes, the final Raw script wasn't completed until 6 pm ET, meaning the show order was "up in the air" before then.

Raw has often featured last-minute rewrites in recent years and Vince McMahon was reportedly the "loudest and angriest" WWE's creative team had ever seen him back at the recent August 30 taping of Raw. The WWE Chairman tore up the script on multiple occasions, as has become common, and McMahon eventually wrote the show himself before decreeing it to the creative team.

The September 20 edition of Monday Night Raw featured one of the WWE TV main events of the year as Roman Reigns squared off with Big E and Bobby Lashley in a Triple Threat Match. Check out the full results from Raw here
