Report: WWE Responds To Rumours Of Upcoming Bray Wyatt Vs. Roman Reigns Feud

No Bray Wyatt vs. Roman Reigns feud is planned

Following his return to WWE at Extreme Rules in early October, rumours have swirled about a possible feud between Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns, with Dave Meltzer reporting in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that "the idea is Reigns vs. Wyatt could be the biggest program in a long time since Wyatt is so hot right now."

Wyatt has become the top merch seller in WWE since returning to the company, overtaking The Bloodline, and he has been positioned as the top babyface on the blue brand opposite Reigns who remains the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

A Wyatt vs. Reigns programme seemingly isn't in the works, however, with Fightful Select noting that a source on WWE creative claimed the rumours were false. They specifically said "where would we go from there" and noted that WWE had learned from Wyatt's run as The Fiend.

Wyatt has yet to begin a rivalry since his WWE return, instead revealing more about Uncle Howdy in recent weeks. Reigns, meanwhile, is set to defend the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Logan Paul on November 5 at Crown Jewel.
