Report: WWE SmackDown Star Potentially Planned For Brand Switch Following SummerSlam

One of the top stars on Friday Night SmackDown could be set to move to Monday Night Raw following SummerSlam.

According to WrestleVotes on WrestleVotes Radio, there have been discussions within WWE about moving Jimmy Uso to Raw after SummerSlam. This would see Uso be on the same brand as his wife, Women's World Champion Naomi, as well as his brother Jey Uso.

Naomi had been on Friday Night SmackDown but she cashed in her Money in the Bank contract at Evolution to win the Women's World Title. WrestleVotes noted that Naomi is expected to be travelling with the Raw roster for the foreseeable future, which may suggest she could be in line for a long reign as Women's World Champion.

Jimmy Uso had been involved in a programme with real-life brother Solo Sikoa in recent months, but those issues came to an end at the July 12 edition of Saturday Night's Main Event when Sikoa successfully defended the United States Championship against 'Big Jim.'
